Falling hair is also depend on your nutrition too. In today's unhealthy lifestyle people won't take healthy and proper nutrition.

And those who are healthy which they take care of themselves which are living healthy fitness life they have proper hairs and good hairs too because they eat right.

So now you must change your nutrition. So what you gonna change this.

Iron deficiency

Look first you need to pay attention to iron deficiency. You must care about that in your diet there should be no less iron.

Yes, there are many people out there which in their body iron is found less. So due to less iron in the body, they get hair fall hair loss.

You must take care of iron deficiency which there should be no iron deficiency in your body. If you have it then chances are hair fall.

Nutrition for hair and Foods to add in the diet
So here Non-veg foods like Chicken, Meat, Eggs, Fish which contain more iron.

If you love veg food then go for Milk, Yogurt, Spinach, Cauliflower, Silverbeet, Broccoli, Lentils, Beans, Nuts and Seeds.

So when you eat such food daily your body will get more iron daily.


It is an essential nutrient for your hairs. Now you have less protein in your diet then also your hair fall will begin.

Because here amino acids play an important role in strengthening your hair. As I mentioned before when you stretch your hair and it gets broken yes there is n life in your hair.

By consuming protein amino acid will make your hair strong and strengthen your hair and protects from hair loss.

When you stretch hair and you find half hair is broken then there is not enough amino acid present in your body.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is also found less in people. This is also the reason for hair fall too.

So what does vitamin C does? See it helps to absorb iron. So if you are taking iron rich diet and not taking vitamin c then it will not absorb iron.

So you have to add vitamin c rich food. So what are those vitamin c foods I'm talking about?

Foods like Oranges, Kiwis, Lemon, Guava, Grapefruit, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, Potatoes which will protect you from hair fall and hair loss.

Omega 3

So when I talk about Omega 3 its all about the brain.

Now look inside your hair and if you find any dry or itchy scalp then its a sign of less omega 3 in your body.

So you need to add omega 3 foods in your diet to improve your hair and protect it from hair fall.

Foods like Oily fish, Nuts, Chia seeds, Walnuts, cashews, almonds. 


Biotin is also a sign of hair fall and hair loss. But they don't know exactly what is biotin?

Biotin is a B vitamin. There is a lack of biotin in the diet of people which they follow daily.

So foods like Meat which as biotin. Eggs have biotin and walnuts also has biotin. Add those in your diet to improve your hair and protect it from falling.

Now you can't massage daily due to your routine of work but you can do this 2 times a week. I recommend doing it on Saturday and Sunday.

It gets warm. So when you try yourself you will also feel warm. What happens when it gets warm.

When it gets warm the area which has get warm has increased your blood circulation. Blood circulation means those nutrients travel through your blood. It all works in each organ.

And you take scalp massage you will rub it and you will get warm and that area's blood circulation will increase and provide you nutrients through the blood.

So your scalp will get more nutrients. Massage is very helpful here. You can massage it by avocado, coconut oil or almond oil.

You can massage it 2 times in a week. Perform this task before going to bed during sleeping. Wash regularly your hair at the morning and let the oil flow in your hair after the Massage.

Precautions you must Take

Hair Products

Yes if you are using any hair products then try to wash your hair before going to bed at night.

It must go all dirt before going to bed. It is good if you take a shower before bed.

It may be your gel or any product wash your hair before sleeping.

Blow Dryer

Don't use blow dryer more. When you use more heat get produced and also damage your hairs too.


Dont use more. Using more can damage your hair and their life too. Don't use more on a regular basis.


Use a good quality shampoo and dont wash your hair daily.

Artificial Sweetener

Yes, avoid artificial sweetener. Like Pepsi Coke or Soda Soft drinks or packed juice be careful in that.

So add those nutrients in your diet and within a month you will see good results.
